Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to sales performance.
Analyze historical sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Develop predictive models to forecast demand, inventory levels, and customer preferences.
Create actionable insights by visualizing data through PowerBI dashboards and reports.
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with targeted campaigns.
Provide recommendations on pricing strategies, product bundling, and cross-selling opportunities.
Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner.
Additional duties as assigned by manager.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on sales analytics
Proven track record of driving sales growth through data-driven insights
Strong understanding of sales processes and the construction equipment industry
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for sales teams
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools
Adept at presenting findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
