Responsibilities

Manage and create process improvement policies and infrastructure, keeping up to date with trends and standards

Manage cross-functional teams in all phases of process improvement projects

Develop and establish best practices for the Process Engineering function

Collaborate with key stakeholders on the implementation of new processes within and across teams

Create recommendations for process changes including estimation of benefits, both material and intangible

Work with stakeholders to identify potential projects, their feasibility, and define business problems and their root causes

Lead status update meetings and present updates to project sponsors/stakeholders

Define scope, success criteria, and benefits for projects

Forecast impact of process changes using a variety of methods including SPC

Support the integration of Material companies through process improvement/change/implementation projects tailored to standardize our way of work

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, Public Management, Sociology or related field

Lean /Six Sigma certification at Green Belt level or above is required

At least two years specialized experience in leading interdisciplinary multiple project teams

At least four years of specialized experience in project management, process improvement or business analysis

Preferred

Experience and/or familiarity of project management and/or in research methods & techniques
