Responsibilities

Direct a team of engineers in creating capabilities for accurate data and feedback loops.

Foster an inclusive environment within small cross-functional teams.

Collaborate and build trusted relationships with various teams within the company.

Deliver value iteratively through new features and tools.

Work closely with data architectures and platforms to support operations and analytics teams.

Mentor and coach technical team leads.

Act as a player-coach in building software and products to solve customer problems.

Provide technical vision for implementing product vision.

Work across engineering and product organization to cultivate a strong product vision.

Responsible for mentoring, coaching, and fostering diverse teams.

Create and foster an inclusive culture.

Required

Experience with data architectures (MDM, Data Mesh, etc.) or data platforms and tooling (Snowflake, Amplitude, Looker)

Experience working with Go To Market teams, internal product teams, business process automation, and/or customized CRM implementations

Strong user focus with the ability to understand user needs and empathize with the challenges they face

Excitement about big technical challenges and being close to business and go-to-market strategies

Experience mentoring/coaching technical team leads
