Responsibilities
Lead and deliver multiple research and insights engagements simultaneously.
Act as a thought partner to junior to senior-level clients, crafting insights and developing actionable recommendations.
Maintain trusted relationships with clients and unlock organic growth through fostering ongoing relationships.
Recommend methodologies and engagement designs, develop content and questionnaires, and manage project members through data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Translate data into insights, visual stories, and strategic recommendations.
Establish and build relationships with client stakeholders, mentor and coach junior team members, and share responsibility for their growth and development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute high-quality work.

Required
Bachelor’s degree is required (Master’s degree is a plus) preferably in Marketing, Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Psychology, Statistics, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in market research, with a proven track-record of managing multiple end-to-end research projects and developing client relationships.
Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization across a variety of quantitative methodologies including, but not limited to, Segmentation, Brand/Advertising Tracking, UX/CX, Journey and other custom methodologies. Ability to integrate and seamlessly incorporate Qualitative methods, research, and insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to diverse audiences including Senior level stakeholders.
Positively influences organic client account growth and revenue.
Inspires and motivates others. Act as a change leader who brings others along.
Proficiency in market research software and tools and Microsoft/Google Suites.
Proven ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams and manage relationships with external vendors.
Demonstrated curiosity, willingness to learn (learning mindset), openness to sharing, receiving, asking for, and applying feedback.
Adaptability to new methodologies and technologies in the market.
Preferred
Prior experience managing and leading others as a people manager is a plus.
