Responsibilities

Design visually engaging experiences for the public facing website based on brand direction and eCommerce expertise.
Develop conversion-optimized landing pages in collaboration with the marketing team.
Assess the effectiveness of content and designs through testing and optimization.
Collaborate with product owners to improve the self-service shop and buy experience.
Advocate for evolving design standards in line with modern online experiences.
Maintain and strategically improve the customer account management platform.
Wireframe new experiences, model user flows, and design solutions within the established system.
Think critically, anticipate challenges, and design concepts using Figma or Figjam.
Address conflicts quickly and contribute proactively to the team's success.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree (design, e-commerce, marketing, or related field)
5+ years of experience in a web design role, including a portfolio to show us what you’ve got
Ability to generate and iterate ideas rapidly, as well as produce meticulously clean final products
Experience developing and implementing brand and e-commerce strategies, as well as past work to show us how you’ve made data-backed design decisions
Thorough understanding of design systems and production specifications, along with a willingness to learn the ins and outs of how our design team works and flows
Clear, friendly, and patient communication skills
Power user of Figma and Figjam

Preferred

In addition to design skills, experience across other domains such as front-end development, digital analytical experience, brand and/or marketing experiences is a plus
