Responsibilities

Manages small to large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and with high quality.
Collaborates with clients and internal teams to develop comprehensive project plans and strategies.

Controls project scope, maintains documentation, and ensures project deliverables meet quality standards.
Builds positive client relationships, mentors junior team members, and supports performance development activities.

Required

Initiative-taking, purposeful leader, and team player.
Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely with all levels of management.
Strong negotiation and creative thinking skills and demonstrated ability to work confidently across multiple projects.
Proficiency in organizing and prioritizing tasks, resources, and schedules to meet objectives and schedules.
At least 4 years of demonstrated experience in project management or relevant fields such as business analysis, inside of a PMO a plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage strategic and large/complex IT projects.
Familiarity with procurement supply chain concepts, technologies, processes
Demonstrated experience with timekeeping and project management software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work and participate in a virtual team environment.

Preferred

PMP certification is preferred, not required.
