Responsibilities
Collaborate with Executive Management and key technical stakeholders to plan and execute a long term roadmap for Eagle Eye Networks devices
Ensuring reliable operation of the existing infrastructure in the field
Providing a vision for the future evolution of the device platform to meet and exceed customer expectations and business needs
Executing the roadmap in coordination with backend infrastructure evolution
Define and develop goals, policies, and culture for FW/HW engineering teams, including evaluating software/firmware requirements and encouraging a culture of software automation and engineering efficiency
Manage daily operations for the firmware and HW device integration engineering teams, establishing priorities, workflow roadmaps, and key performance indicators

Required
12+ years of increasing responsibility in SW/FW development including demonstrated experience leading teams of increasing scale
Strong inclination to solve complex problems in real time and develop new procedures as necessary
Demonstrated ability to envision and implement a roadmap for device and system architecture, in close collaboration with executive management and technical stakeholders
Experience successfully driving agile development teams with a history as a scrum master, product owner, or both
Familiarity with video processing and video codecs, as well as related network protocols
Demonstrated technical knowledge of C, and C++ languages and experience with devices and firmware
Experience in the deployment of web-scale tools and patterns (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
Excellent communication skills are mandatory as well as the ability to attract, mentor, and grow exceptional technical talent. ICs as well as people managers
Understanding and expertise in the security, surveillance, or IoT domains is a huge plus
Preferred
Bonus points for language experience in Java, and Python
