Responsibilities

Hands-on semiconductor wafer characterization and wafer handling.

Develop and refine characterization and fabrication processes. Troubleshoot and resolve characterization and process problems.

Work closely with senior technical staff to perform experiments and document experimental findings. Collect and analyze experimental data. Perform database entry and data management.

Support logistical efforts through procurement and management of consumables.

Lead research and development projects on epitaxial growth and thin film materials characterization. Design and conduct experiments, analyze results, and disseminate information effectively through discussion, reports, and presentations.

Required

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.

1+ years of experience in semiconductor processing.

1+ years of experience in conducting experiments, verification, test or data analysis.

1+ years of experience with full lifecycle of logistics (procurement, receiving, storing and disposal).

Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.

An interim or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
