Responsibilities
Track and record the location of vehicle and driver, vehicle transfers, and temporary assignments.
Maintain driver database and coordinate necessary documentation for drivers.
Collect and summarize data for reports on fuel expenses, mileage, driver status, etc.
Review Fleet related invoices, handle vendor quotes, and attend ongoing training.
Maintain knowledge of fleet administration, DOT compliance, and vehicle operation criteria.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting problem-solving skills specifically relating to vehicle issues
Must be organized, able to multi-task, and have strong attention to detail
Position will require excellent communication skills with exposure to all levels of management
Extensive knowledge of Excel and proficiency with other Microsoft Office software
