Responsibilities
Work with manufacturing and engineering to develop the future strategy
Design and develop complex new software products and databases
Produce specifications, requirements, strategies, and methodologies for the new software architecture
Coordinate with the Offshore Development team as an Onsite Lead
Lead tasks, provide mentorship, and guidance to junior developers

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
8-10 years of software development experience
3 years of designing and leading large-scale software projects
Extensive knowledge of the software development process and corresponding technologies utilizing SDLC and Agile development
Broad understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems and programming languages, especially Python, C /C#, web development utilizing JavaScript, Typescript, jQuery, React.js, and Angular.js a plus
Knowledge of MongoDB, SQL, and Oracle database software development
Excellent knowledge of computer architecture, networking, storage, etc.
Onsite Lead - Coordination with the Offshore Development team as an Onsite Lead
Offshore Development Team Lead experience required
Technical Hands-on experience is required
Coordinate with the Offshore Development team in India and the Onshore team
c# .net DevOpps ( Ci/CD) Windows application, Web API)
Leadership skills/ cultural fit/management skills
Technical hands-on and Release management experience
stable/onshore/offshore lead (not manager)
Preferred
Good to have: knowledge of ERP systems like SAP or any other ERP system (ERP application or supply chain background.)
