Responsibilities

Work closely and build strong relationships with each consulting team to develop recommendations for effective communication and design related to presentations, reports, and other client-facing deliverables

Edit, design, and format PowerPoint and Word documents, ensuring adherence to brand-specific design, formatting, and messaging guidelines

Conceptualize, create, and implement graphics, illustrations, and page layouts / templates

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and manage revisions to deliverables

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working quickly and collaboratively, and operating especially well under time constraints

Maintain organized files and documentation for easy access and future reference

Provide user guidance and support to team members using branded PowerPoint and Word templates

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve production processes and techniques

Other marketing duties as assigned
