Responsibilities

Assist with the writing and copy-editing of SOPS, procedure manuals, and all collateral.

Actively contribute during staff and client meetings, preparing minutes of the meeting.

Research topics in preparation for writing internal and external communications.

Prepare marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives.

Assist in developing and refining marketing campaigns for various platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and the company website.

Assist with email marketing, print, and social media campaigns.

Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.

Assist with a variety of communication-related assignments as needed.
