Responsibilities
Responsible for tooling tryout and product development.
Build robust forge procedures and work instructions.
Standardize the tryout process for all locations.
Embrace and promote the company’s culture beliefs to achieve Key Results.
Support other APP, Inc. facilities and may work in other Engineering functions.
Coordinate tryout and improvement activities with Engineering Manager/ Production Manager.
Interact on the shop floor to problem solve and optimize processes.
Participate in improvement initiatives and provide reports to achieve desired results.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial/Material Science/Aerospace Engineering.
Experience and understanding of aerospace and commercial manufacturing and specifications.
Wear proper Personal Protection Equipment in work area at all time.
Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.
In compliance with ITAR regulations, must be a US Citizen or US Person.
Computer skills in Microsoft Office and CAD.
