Responsibilities

Contribute to the development of machine learning models and infrastructure needs across the Attentive platform.

Work with Product Management and Engineering to implement end-to-end modeling use cases.

Maintain a high bar of quality in building systems.

Protect against regressions through various testing techniques.

Collaborate with teams, lead technically, and communicate effectively.

Improve project quality through direct contributions and advocating for larger-scale changes.

Work in a high impact, fast-paced startup environment.

Build scalable systems and data-driven products using machine learning and data analysis.

Develop scalable, efficient, automated processes for large-scale data analyses, model development, validation, and implementation.

Required

Proven track record of building systems that maintain a high bar of quality

Experience with TensorFlow/Pytorch, xgboost, pandas, matplotlib, SQL, Spark or similar tools

Proficiency or experience with Python

Extensive experience using machine learning and data analysis to build scalable systems and data-driven products

Proven track record of building scalable, efficient, automated processes for large-scale data analyses, model development, model validation, and model implementation from modern research

Worked professionally building systems for 3+ years with experience on a single system long enough to see the consequences of your decisions
