Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and automate Contractual, Operational, and CI Reports using Crystal Reports and ServiceNow Reports.

Create data extracts and integrate them into Customer Facing Dashboards.

Required

Proficient with Crystal Reports/ServiceNow reports, SQL, VB, C++

Must be able and willing to work 100% remote

Experience with databases: DB2, Oracle, Lotus Notes, Informix, MS Access, MySQL, Gupta SQLBase, Visual FoxPro, Btrieve 6.15

Experience with applications: SAP Business Object, Remedy, ICD, Maximo, ManageNow, Service Now IFS - Industrial and Financial Systems, MS Office, OpenOffice, Custom HR applications and payroll, ADP Payroll, Great Plains Accounting, Ztree, QuickBooks, Apache web server, Winstar time and attendance software, STMap, TrustedLink, ISoft AS2, DansGuardian, Zetafax

Experience with hardware: Intel based PC’s, Printer maintenance and repair, Ethernet network cabling using Category5 and Coax
