Responsibilities
Using knowledge of accounts, identify unique selling propositions and differentiators for accounts.
Take ownership of making BizLink successful with customers within accounts and develop trusted advisor relationships.
Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
Engage in BizLink functional groups to ensure ownership of responsibilities to customers.
Prepare annual sales budget for accounts and meet budgeted sales and margin numbers.
Meet sales targets for new business development and provide accurate sales forecast information.
Be the main contact for RFQs and quotes to customers, work on price setting, and investigate quality issues.
Handle any other tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Required
Proven track record of selling, and/or deploying technology solutions.
Proven experience in providing interconnect solutions to clients.
Outstanding pre-and post-sales account management and follow-through skills, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
Ability to design and present technical solutions to meet customer requirements.
Working knowledge of customer products and technologies supported by BizLink.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional presentation skills.
Self-motivated, cooperative attitude; team player.
Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and deal with tight deadlines and stress.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Strive for continuous improvement in all aspects of your job.
Preferred
BS/MS degree in business, engineering/science or equivalent required; electrical engineering is a plus.
5+ years of HW/FW R&D experience in consumer and/or enterprise markets.
Technical sales support experience in interconnect design and system integration.
