Responsibilities
Review and enter customer payments daily and prepare related reports
Maintain transactions in billing and accounting systems
Contact customers weekly to collect on past due accounts
Prepare reports for management on past due accounts
Collaborate with billing and account management teams to address customer inquiries
Research and escalate concerns regarding customer accounts or billing
Calculate and record journal entries in the accounting system
Prepare and maintain reports associated with priority accounts
Assist in pulling audit documentation
Create, propose, and implement policies and procedures
Work on automation and efficiency improvements within available systems
Demonstrate leadership and professionalism in interactions with coworkers and customers
Multitask effectively and meet deadlines consistently
Take initiative to complete tasks
Undertake additional projects as required

Required
Ability to learn and understand Netsuite and Vselect
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
Ability to work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Has an innovative and proactive mindset
Strong organizational skills and ability to pay close attention to details
Ability to rearrange priorities on a regular basis
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High School Diploma required
Must have previous experience with excel; moderate to advanced level user
Background in accounts receivable is preferred
