Responsibilities
Conduct detailed business analysis to understand and document business processes, workflows, and systems.
Identify and analyze business needs and requirements, translating them into actionable specifications for technical teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process maps, and user stories.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and strategies.
Develop and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit requirements, validate solutions, and ensure stakeholder engagement.
Work closely with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support the deployment of new systems and processes.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business analysis and process improvement.

Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering, or similar discipline
Five plus years of programming/coding experience with KBuilder
Experience with leading software development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
Must be able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
Current Scrum Master or PMI-ACP certification is desired
PMP certification (Required)
Certified Scrum Master (Required)
Preferred
Master's degree in computer science or software engineering is desired
