Responsibilities
Verify vehicle information based on work order information.
Identify damage, missing parts, and mechanical problems by inspecting all customer vehicles.
Prepare and complete all necessary documentation.
Maintain knowledge to ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
Write electronic condition reports (ECR).
Conduct OVE courtesy walk around inspections.
Maintain knowledge of system capabilities and software packages.
Demonstrate safety commitment by following safety procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
May be required to work overtime as business needs dictate.

Required
High School Diploma/GED
Generally less than 2 years' experience in a related field
Safe Drivers Needed; Valid Driver's License required
Basic computer software skills required
Ability to multitask required
Must be detail oriented
Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear
Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch and climb
Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception
Preferred
ASE certification or background in automotive repair, and cost estimating
Knowledge ICAR Certifications preferred
General knowledge of automotive body and mechanical work preferred
Previous body shop experience, mechanical experience, estimating experience a plus
