Responsibilities
Design obsessed with a strong aesthetic and passion for creating design systems, brand identity design and packaging solutions that span print, digital and experiential activations.
Connect, converse and collaborate within the WoW Studios organization to tackle new initiatives and meet unexpected creative challenges.
Elevate WoW Studios’ design thinking and creative; constantly innovating.
Lead the upgrade and expansion of our brands and digital identity systems across the customer decision journey.
Reflect and express brand strategies through compelling visuals across multiple consumer touchpoints.
Mentor and cultivate the team.
Lead in the design production of creative assets for all our brands.
Develop impactful, creative ideas and executions that adhere to the brand standards, ensuring cohesion and consistency in addition to being flexible and willing to push creative boundaries when applicable.
Collaborate with key internal partners to establish goals, elevate the look and feel of our brand and customer experiences.
Articulate creative intent to others and proactively coordinate with partners and stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
Participate in a collaborative working environment across creative disciplines and across the agency.

Required
Portfolio of great creative work
Experience developing design systems and brand identities
Proven ability to deliver and maintain craft excellence at scale
Compassionate leader and team builder
Contributes ideas and builds on ideas of others, welcomes input from others to improve outcomes, and considers and expresses alternate points-of-view with respect
Demonstrates bias for action approach—quickly and decisively taking action when opportunity arises without waiting to be asked
Driven to raise the bar, challenge the status quo, and experiment with new approaches to deliver results and create impact
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree
6-8 years of graphic design experience for established brands
Experience creating and designing robust design and brand identity systems
Experience in an agency or in-house setting
Experience with print, digital, and experiential design
Experience with creative software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and GoogleSuite products
Benefits
Flexible Friday - Option to work extra hours Monday through Thursday to finish up work early on Friday.
Two-Week Work Remote from Anywhere - Minimum of one-week increments for a total of two weeks per year.
