Responsibilities
Work closely with the Head of Product to drive the product roadmap for specific feature areas in collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams
Collaborate with AI, ML, and app engineering teams to determine optimal technical implementation methods and release schedules
Iterate on existing products based on customer feedback and insights
Act as the voice of customers, identifying their needs and desired features in partnership with Customer Success
Identify market opportunities and develop a product vision and strategy to leverage these opportunities

Required
5-7 years experience in product management, preferably working at high growth startups in the health space
Prior consumer-facing product development experience, ideally with mobile Apps
Demonstrated track record of success building, shipping, and iterating on high-value products in an agile software development environment
Ability to understand complex business problems and craft effective strategies to tackle them
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Well organized with the ability to balance multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment
BS in Biology, Medicine, Computer Science, or another related technical discipline preferred
Preferred
Nice to have: familiarity with ML/AI technologies
Nice to have: MBA
Nice to have: technical/coding background
