Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of product marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new market opportunities.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Oversee the creation of compelling product messaging and positioning.
Work closely with the sales team to provide necessary tools, training, and collateral.
Drive the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Collaborate seamlessly with internal partners.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree Required
3-5 years of dynamic marketing experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or related fields preferred
Proven track record in leading successful healthcare-focused marketing initiatives
Deep understanding of healthcare landscape, trends, and challenges
Familiarity with healthcare technologies and digital marketing platforms
Experience in clinician engagement preferred
Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% including occasional weekends and international travel
Business-savvy with an interest in strategizing end-to-end marketing campaigns
Demonstrate leadership providing clarity in direction goals, expectations and priorities while fostering open and transparent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving
Customer-centric approach, crafting effective multi-channel solutions
Great teammate adept at cross-functional collaboration
Outstanding communication skills, with an ability to build strong relationships
Proficiency in business software applications and virtual communication tools
