Responsibilities
Creating promotional videos for Coalition Technologies and clients.
Developing videos and animated banners for ad campaigns.
Producing short-format videos for social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Designing text, logo, character, or other animations for various media.
Collaborating with team members to plan and execute client projects.
Staying updated on storytelling, video production, and social media trends.
Ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.

Required
Proven motion graphics and video editing experience.
Proficiency with video editing software.
The ability to write and produce short-form promotional videos from start to finish.
Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Experience with online advertising is a plus.
Your own camera, lighting, and space for shooting videos by yourself.
The ability to record narrations.
Good written and spoken English skills.
The ability to perform well under pressure and under short deadlines.
Experience presenting materials to clients professionally.
The availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST.
A reliable workstation with a fast computer for video editing.
Microphone and speakers, reliable internet and power.
Preferred
Experience producing videos and animation for social media and YouTube.
Graphic design, 3D modeling, and/or illustration skills.
