Responsibilities

Define target creator and consumer segments and develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to each segment.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to launch and promote the product across various channels.
Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for feature launches and artist campaigns, including developing launch plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and measuring launch success.
Collaborate with product teams to gather insights and influence product roadmap decisions based on consumer feedback.
Setup organic growth marketing channels including notifications, emails, socials, web content.
Create engaging marketing collateral such as email marketing series, product videos, social media content, and influencer partnerships to drive consumer engagement and loyalty.
Analyze marketing and product data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key consumer influencers, media partners, and retail partners.
Conduct market research to maintain up-to-date understanding of user needs, preferences, and behavior, and use insights to inform marketing strategies.
Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in consumer or creator product marketing or related roles.
Experience developing and executing successful consumer tech product marketing strategies.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging and storytelling.
Eager to move fast & drive impact.
Comfortable with early-stage ambiguity and excited to turn it into clarity through research, experimentation, and trial/error.
Highly collaborative with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
Passion for consumer or creator products and a deep understanding of consumer trends and preferences.
