Responsibilities

Partner closely with platform owners, stakeholders, IT, Commercial Sales & Account Management, Customer Service, Operation Support teams, and external consultants to understand business needs and provide CRM, Service and Sales solutions

Participate in cross functional teams that address strategic business issues

Develop customized solutions within Salesforce and CPQ to support business requirements and company goals

Gather, analyze and document functional and technical requirements for new projects enhancements to existing solutions and production issues reported by end users and stakeholders

Liaise with business stakeholders on an ongoing basis

Provide system administration/customization support of Salesforce related to customized applications including Apex, Visualforce, lightning components, Salesforce and CPQ user permissions, security settings, workflow/flows, CPQ product and price rules and approvals

Responsible for helping to lead internal system integrations with Salesforce such as Tableau, NetSuite, & Spree
