Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership to develop and improve product design.
Lead development for the mobile robot diagnostic and repair application.
Collaborate with other teams to design solutions and execute business requirements.
Perform design and code reviews, identify software quality improvements, and lead implementation of complex designs.
Develop procedures, training plans, and debug decision trees for manufacturing test technicians.
Analyze product performance data to refine test criteria and improve test methods.
Work in an Agile/Scrum based environment.
Demonstrate passion for building high-quality software and solving problems.
Analyze distributed software components using performance, profiling, and debugging tools.

Required
BS in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical, or other related Engineering discipline.
8+ years of professional experience in related field
Expert level experience with .NET frameworks, C#, C++, WPF, Python, Angular web frameworks or similar web technologies and SQL a plus
Experience with Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) for software development, preferably Visual Studio.
Experience with embedded systems, electrical control theories, motors, sensors, vision systems and/or communications protocols (CANBus, Ethernet, etc.)
Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to effectively present technical information to management and suppliers.
Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to handle multiple tasks with nominal direction.
Ability to travel up to 10%.
