Responsibilities

Ensure first part approval at initial startup and after machine downtime.

Collect and analyze samples of finished products per documented procedures.

Ensure proper quality documentation and control samples are available throughout production run.

Identify and quarantine nonconforming products.

Monitor production quality per lot testing work instructions.

Audit quality of product in stock as needed and assist in rework.

Work in accordance with company policies and procedures regarding employment, safety, and quality.

Attention to detail and quality

Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and with navigating through folders/files in Windows Explorer

Intermediate knowledge of spreadsheets and databases

Good communication skills required to read, write, and speak English

Basic mathematics (i.e. counting), basic arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)

Must be able to read a ruler in inches/mm

Preferred

Automation Experience

Forklift experience

Bilingual- Spanish is a plus
