Responsibilities

Line management of engineering (3-15 staff)

Hiring technical talent across backend, web, and mobile

Delivery management of high-profile initiatives

Developing and executing strategic investments in technical infrastructure

Mentoring and coaching technical and delivery teams

Managing high-severity operational incidents

Managing a platform's technology roadmap

Providing hands-on technical support as required

Analyzing and specifying technical initiatives as a Technical Product Owner

Managing system operational performance

Participating in on-call schedule and escalations

Reporting operational metrics

Analyzing, designing, and executing processes

Web APIsTechnical Leadership

Required

Bachelor degree or greater within Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related subject
