Responsibilities
Collaborate with software architects to develop technical designs aligning with business requirements
Translate business requirements into optimal software designs after analyzing and understanding them
Independently troubleshoot and resolve software and system issues, making necessary changes
Design and develop software solutions for projects and defects of significant complexity
Mentor junior software engineers on best practices and support their growth
Conduct code reviews, participate in architecture discussions, and ensure system operation
Create a secure, robust, and maintainable software environment to meet business needs
Estimate project effort, lead testing, deployment, and maintenance activities
Maintain a positive safety culture and contribute to a safe working environment
Perform other duties as assigned

Required
Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or other Information Technology related field preferred. Experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
Minimum of four years of software developer or programming experience required.
Experience with SFRA required.
Full stack development with: HTML, JS, CSS, ISML, Jobs Framework, REST services integration, MVC Design Patterns/Architecture required
