Responsibilities
Planning and estimating, project evaluation
Procure labor estimates for installations and services for assigned projects
Track open orders and provide logistics support and coordination
Provide technical product support
Assist with securing updated project and installation drawings
Assist with securing updated Certificates of Insurance required for the project
Complete and coordinate work packets with complete information for projects
Review order status
Interface with customers, third party representatives, vendors, and company employees in a consistently clear, polite, and professional manner
Responsible for looking up and specifying replacement parts and completing punch lists and forwarding to O.I.M. Administrator
Coordinate punch list issue resolutions
Perform open invoice consolidation
Assist with performing project audits
