Responsibilities
Develops, analyzes, and maintains processes, tools, information and industry best practices in support of Supplier Management and procurement processes including self-governance or compliance, process performance, measurement and improvement, training and supply-base management, supply chain planning and optimization.
Designs, extracts, analyzes, and prepares reports.
Determines and reports compliance to internal/external requirements.
Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows.
Distributes, updates, and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis.
Develops and maintains standard supplier contractual terms, conditions, and special clauses.

Required
3+ years of experience in Supplier Management, Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
3+ years of experience balancing multiple tasks concurrently and paying close attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment
3+ years of experience in a role which required strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to travel both domestically and internationally 10-20% of the time
US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required
Preferred
5+ years of experience in supply chain management analysis, materials management analysis, or similar
5+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
1+ years of experience in Project Management
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work or military experience
