Responsibilities

Manage the CARE Ware and e2Fulton data collection software and prepare reports for assessing the impact of Ryan White.

Serve as the Quality Management data designee for the Ryan White program.

Create and maintain spreadsheets on patient clinical and non-clinical information.

Design and maintain summary reports for staff use.

Review program reporting requirements and data collection systems for efficiency.

Input all data on services, labs, exams, transportation, etc. into CARE Ware and e2Fulton for Ryan White patient appointments.

Maintain and update patient records.

Make phone calls to schedule and reschedule Ryan White and PrEP patients.

Required

Bachelor's in Community or Public Health preferred

Minimum of two years related experience working with high-risk targeted populations required (HIV Counseling, Expanded/Targeted Testing, Referral, linkage, and retention of clients in HIV and/or care/treatment)

Familiarity with public health program implementation and evaluation

Knowledge of the use of motivational interviewing techniques to encourage individuals to start and remain in care
