Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of cellular therapy process development subject matter experts.

Work with cross-functional teams to meet timelines for new programs.

Direct process tech transfer activities for internal and external programs.

Lead process optimization studies for cGMP manufacture.

Design and execute studies to qualify new components and raw materials for cGMP manufacture.

Contribute to building departmental and company capabilities.

Support business development with technical expertise.

Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and partners.

Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure functional objectives are met.

Provide project updates and reports for key business performance indicators.

Maintain knowledge of new equipment and technologies in the industry.

Promote individual growth, team health, and progressive leadership initiatives.

Perform other duties as assigned.
