Responsibilities

Participate in the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals with clients in the Fintech sector

Understand the evolving Fintech landscape and identify suitable companies for Visa's products and programs

Serve as a Fintech subject matter expert and build an ecosystem of enablement partners

Implement Visa's sales methodology and work directly with Fintechs to match them with appropriate partners

Develop strategies and materials for client meetings, manage projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Conduct desk research, build relationships internally and externally, and work in a hybrid remote-office setup

Required

2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

The ideal candidate will have an interest in working with early to mid-stage FinTech startups

Ability to work within a complex and often ambiguous environment, and ability to guide the relevant stakeholders

Willingness to learn and ability to partner, communicate and manage/navigate through multiple disciplines and organizational groups

Team oriented, client-focused, collaborative, diplomatic, with an entrepreneurial mindset, fearless when it comes to challenging the status quo

Bachelor’s degree required

Preferred

3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)

Experience and/or passion and understanding of the financial services (payments) and startup ecosystem(s), preferred but not required
