Responsibilities
Proactively analyzes key business information, identifies important insights, and advises business leaders on emerging trends and potential recommendations.
Advises cross-functional teams on business/data insights, trends, and recommendations.
Participates in strategic business reviews and business team meetings, providing financial leadership to enterprise-level initiatives.
Queries company databases to extract key financial and fulfillment data, synthesizing them into meaningful business analysis.
Partners with the BST leadership team to create forecasts, budgets, and longer-term financial plans, ensuring forecast and budget accuracy.
Reports and analyzes operating results and forecasts, evaluating performance against budgets, forecasts, and longer-term trends.
Evaluates risks and opportunities, identifies potential outcomes of decisions, and interfaces with Product Management concerning new product introduction sales forecasting/costing.

Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related quantitative field required
Minimum one (1) years of experience in accounting, analysis or finance function required
Preferred
Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is preferred
Experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred
