Responsibilities
Serve as an intersection between various systems and programs to ensure alignment with overall goals.
Provide project management skills for small to medium scale projects, tracking requirements, milestones, and deliverables.
Offer support, architectural, and testing guidance for technically sophisticated computer software and data systems.
Facilitate the needs of development teams to analyze and resolve technical problems.
Provide information system services to facilitate proper functioning of programs and daily operations.

Required
Six (6) years of information systems experience in Technical project management
OR
An Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, OR completion of a two (2) year accredited vocational training program in information technology or related field
AND
four (4) years of information systems experience in Technical project management
OR
A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
AND
two (2) years of information systems experience in Technical project management
Preferred
Project Management knowledge including understanding of project management methodologies such as waterfall and Agile along with their respective processes
Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet’s, Azure DevOps, etc
Experience in application support, development, programming, testing and/or database administration
High level knowledge of enterprise systems architecture including connectivity concepts of interfaces, IP addresses, ports, and protocols
Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work with and facilitate diverse groups and individuals
Ability to prioritize workloads and the ability to analyze complex procedures, processes and polices
Experience coordinating projects with other Information Systems professionals, and in writing documentation according to established standards
Ability to participate in the advancement of systems delivery concepts, methodologies, techniques, and tools
Strong Project Management skills including experience managing projects throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Competence in creating project management artifacts such as timelines, budgets, responsibility and accountability matrixes, reports, etc
Ability to successfully coordinate across multiple teams including technical and business groups
Ability to estimate resource and schedule requirements for complex system development efforts
Familiarity with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies
Understanding of the concepts, methodologies, techniques, and tools of system development
Experience in advancing health equity, addressing systemic health disparities, and collaborating with diverse, vulnerable and underrepresented populations
Experience with Mainframe technologies (COBOL, VSAM, DB2, CICS, JCL, etc)
