Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with federal clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives. Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, workflows, and data to define comprehensive business requirements. Develop and document clear, concise, and testable business requirements for the website.

Documentation and Communication: Create and maintain detailed requirement documentation, including functional specifications, use cases, and user stories. Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure understanding and agreement on requirements.

Project Support: Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly. Participate in testing and validation activities to ensure the website meets business needs and quality standards. Provide ongoing support and updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance/UAT: Review and validate website features and functionality against documented requirements. Identify and report discrepancies, issues, and areas for improvement to ensure the website delivers optimal user experience.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and 3 years’ experience in healthcare IT or Master’s degree and 1 year experience

1 +year of experience with federal websites and working knowledge of Section 508 Accessibility of Information and Communications (ICT) Technology

1 +year of experience with content management platforms, such as Drupal and Word Press

1 +year of experience with APIs, html, csv, json and other data management mediums, such as reviewing content and providing feedback on corrections to be made to the data
