Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC) to create dynamic, high-performance web applications that integrate seamlessly with Salesforce data.
Utilize Salesforce Scheduler to enhance the appointment scheduling system, ensuring it leverages Salesforce data effectively to meet business and customer needs.
Lead projects from conception to deployment, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality functionality.
Optimize existing Salesforce solutions for performance and scalability, ensuring best practices in code quality, security, and maintainability.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team.
Stay current with Salesforce releases and updates, incorporating new features and technologies into the ecosystem to drive innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and IT, to ensure the Salesforce environment supports business objectives and delivers exceptional user experiences.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Lightning Web Components and Salesforce Scheduler.
Proven expertise in Salesforce configurations, Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce development tools.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and API integration.
Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead complex projects under tight timelines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in a collaborative team environment.
