Responsibilities

Create user-centric designs rooted in business requirements.

Own projects from concept to implementation ensuring high quality (UX, UI, engineering handoff, and design QA).

Work closely with other designers and project partners to ensure a simple, straightforward, and delightful user experience.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of the design system for consistency across the brand and digital touchpoints.

Conduct usability testing and user research to iterate and improve user experiences.

Required

5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role in a startup or fast-paced environment.

Experience in e-commerce design and best practices.

A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

A great aesthetic and have a solid understanding of color, typography, layout, UX/UI principles and best practices.

Comfortable adapting to and building on existing brand and product design systems

Excellent problem-solving skills, and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms such as desktop and mobile.

Strong ability to communicate effectively and the ability to build good working relationships.

Ability to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines.
