Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Manager, Senior Legal Operations to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
Assist in selecting and implementing legal tools, designing systems, and providing training.
Manage and administer legal and compliance systems, monitor legal metrics, and handle internal legal request routing.
Maintain legal document and contract management systems, investigate screening matches, and enforce processes and policies.
Update and maintain repository for templates, playbooks, policies, and documentation.
Support ad hoc projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with legal and business strategy.

Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal operations or equivalent paralegal experience, with background in-house at SaaS or other technology company preferred
Minimum of 1 year of project management experience and proven organizational and time management abilities
Intellectually curious and embraces technology to enable and automate business processes
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling environment
Strong background in managing data, reporting, document management and tracking tools.
Experience developing forms, processes, and policies
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google suite, DocuSign, Adobe
Skilled problem solver with the ability to create and communicate solutions.
Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong attention to detail, commitment to data accuracy, and proven ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with peers, business leaders, internal stakeholders, and vendors
Preferred
Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), e-billing (outside counsel billing), procurement, and denied party screening software
