Responsibilities

Review complex deals alongside the GTM team providing guidance on optimal deal structures
Identify risks and opportunities within deals, renewals and pricing structures, and influence the deal with recommendations
Accurately process orders using Salesforce and ensure deals include all required information for timely invoicing by Finance
Provision all SPO/PO orders in the back office
Ensure alignment between Salesforce and Back Office for contract and billing record consistency
Partner with Team Lead and systems team to automate and improve deal desk operations and opportunity closure process
Collaborate with GTM managers to streamline opportunity lifecycle processes and increase efficiency
Work with billing engineers, finance, and legal to ensure process alignment
Oversee the Revenue Operations Slack channel to provide assistance on deal desk and quote to cash related questions
Tackle RevOps Cases in the Salesforce queue and identify areas of improvement
Support the business team to create efficiency throughout the renewal process and reduce manual effort
Collaborate with the team to reduce churn, update data related to the deal process, and improve customer experience
Travel occasionally for in-person engagement with team members and customers as needed

Required

3-4 years of sales operations experience in an individual contributor capacity, demonstrated ability in pricing strategy, sales financial analysis, or experience in a similar role - preferably at a SaaS company
Analytical background with strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail and process
Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ and an ability to resolve common errors on cross-objects within Salesforce
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to work collaboratively alongside our sales teams, managing & prioritizing competing demands
Ability to work cross functionally with finance, legal, and billing engineers to translate our processes, and adapt or evolve the deal desk function
Desire to build relationships and capable of explaining concepts clearly and credibly across all levels of the organization
Ability to handle conflict and navigate discussions to productive outcomes
