Responsibilities
Plan, execute and provide status reporting for the archiving of entitled customer software from software vendor sites on behalf of our customers
Establish connectivity to our customer's systems and document the connectivity according to the current Spinnaker Support standard
Provide assistance to archive contractors employed by Spinnaker Support during high volume archiving periods
Maintain updated procedure and training manuals on how to perform the archives activates
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Required
Bachelor's degree preferred or applicable years' experience
Preference to 4-year technical, information system related or business-related college degrees
