Responsibilities

Assist Sr. Manager in all category marketing activities and plans. Execute all plans globally for all regions and accounts.

Work closely with Product, Creative & Trade Marketing teams to execute artwork requirements for existing & new items globally.

Oversee category budget and program management to ensure alignment and executional excellence.

Provide category and brand recommendations for promotional planning and marketing support activities.

Manage & execute ecommerce strategies for various retailer sites domestically & internationally.

Lead key marketing initiatives within digital media, research, consumer sampling activations & public relations activities globally.

Coordinate with internal departments for brand integration and program execution.

Required

Marketing major required/MBA desired

6-8 years brand Marketing experience - consumer packaged goods background or mass market beauty brand experience preferred ; ideally on the brand side

Social & digital media experience and knowledge

Skills – strong strategic and executional skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Results oriented

Outstanding computer skills (powerpoint, excel, etc)

Travel required; approximately 2-4 times a year
