Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 software engineers, product owners, UX designers, and quality engineers
Define and track measurable goals for the team
Manage an agile development process for incremental value delivery
Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop solutions
Ensure project plans are executed within budget, scope, and quality constraints
Nurture and grow the team through effective hiring and career development
Ensure secure, high-performance solutions delivery
Maintain technical expertise through active contribution to architecture, design, and code

Required
BA/BS or higher in Computer Science or a related STEM field, or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience building scalable web applications and services
At least 3 years of experience leading or managing a team of 5 or more engineers
Proven track record of running an agile development process
Strong proficiency in React, Node.js, and modern web development
Experience with service development
Preferred
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with GraphQL and TypeScript
Experience with Golang
Knowledge of unit testing and/or Test Driven Development (TDD)
Basic understanding of DevOps technologies (CI/CD, Docker, etc.)
Background in eCommerce or restaurant technology
