Responsibilities
Know Memfault's web application and new features thoroughly to assist new users effectively.
Regularly assess account metrics, suggest enhancements, and identify impactful use cases with various departments.
Own the metrics for account health, document business value, and lead Quarterly Business Reviews.
Develop strategies to expand customer usage of the platform and identify opportunities for retention and upselling.
Advocate for additional resources, collaborate with Solutions Architects, and provide feedback to the product team.

Required
Background in B2B SaaS
Multiple years working in Customer Success or a similar role
Analytical skills for analyzing, visualizing, and interpreting data
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Preferred
Experience with developer tools or cloud infrastructure
Experience working with hardware companies
