Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison with C5ISC and SFLC Product Lines for the receipt of piece part data via Bill of Materials (BOMs) desired to be enrolled in the Advanced Component Obsolescence Management (AVCOM) database for active obsolescence monitoring.
Provide QA/QC on Government provided BOMs and Allowance Parts Lists (APLs) to ensure part data is complete and duplicates are removed.
Provide BOMs for the enrollment into the AVCOM database for monitoring.
Support piece part data entry and updates to feed the USCG’s DMSMS services dashboard.
Review Diminishing Manufacturing Source (DMS) notices and other supplier notifications for applicability of the hardware being delivered.
Participate in recurring DMSMS strategic planning sessions, working group meetings, and workshops to continually improve DMSMS services to the USCG.
Support the D&G DMSMS Senior Logistics Manager with delegated DMSMS logistics analyst tasking.

Required
Possess at least four years of experience in conducting logistical tasks for commercial or government organizations.
Proficient in the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
This role is restricted to U.S. person(s) (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents and other protected individuals under the immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).
Ability to pass a Public Trust background investigation.
