Responsibilities

Support integrations with international credit bureaus, bank data providers, payroll systems, OCR systems, fraud systems, and other entities that power the platform.

Work closely with Data Science (DS) teams to map data to pipelines feeding DS processes.

Collaborate with critical downstream teams leveraging the supply platform.

Partner closely with Nova Credit's Product Managers, Technical Program Managers, and the extended Go-to-Market Team.

Mentor and scale the team's capabilities in a collaborative environment, including hiring and onboarding new team members.

Required

Strong experience in integrating external APIs, utilizing related protocols, scaling systems that consume these APIs, and interacting with external parties while doing so

A minimum of 5 years leading high-impact engineering teams

Creative problem-solving skills, with a capacity to work on complex issues requiring detailed analysis, integration across various teams, and tight execution
