Responsibilities

Conduct thoughtful research on company strategy, products, and services to support members' financial health

Collaborate with Product Management, Design, Marketing, and Analytics stakeholders to identify member problems

Develop mixed method research studies involving stakeholders from concept to insight delivery

Create human-readable and concise research artifacts to share insights about members

Advocate for user-centric decision-making and prioritize members in all decisions

Required

5+ years of user research experience for mobile consumer products

Quickly and independently designed and executed research studies that have positively impacted both user needs and business metrics

Brought along cross-functional stakeholders throughout your research process and ensured your research has impact

Demonstrated excellent communication and collaboration skills

A natural curiosity for people and what makes them tick

Experience conducting various research methodologies such as survey writing and analysis, user interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, diary studies, etc.

Experience working in a startup environment (high-growth startups a strong plus)
