Salesforce Administrator - Sales Cloud/CPQ Specialist

Responsibilities
Manage configuration requests and territory assignments from the company’s Sales team
Manage first level support issues, including but not limited to creating user accounts, and report creation, user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions and public groups
Identify, document and review requirements from users and stakeholders
Manage Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
Monitor user adoption of selected features and functionality
Provide users with training and creating training materials
Monitor the various channels that the business uses to communicate issues to the Business Applications team (Assist tickets, slack channels, JIRA, etc.)

Required
Salesforce Administrator Certification Required
Experience configuring Sales Cloud
Experience configuring CPQ
Experience managing territories in Salesforce.com
Strong understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules)
Familiarity of HubSpot and how it can integrate with Salesforce.com
A proactive attitude to platform enhancements
A desire to implement leading practice solutions
Available and responsive to questions from stakeholders
Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to effectively document requirements and to propose technical solutions
Ability to train users and create training materials
Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to):Fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
Demonstrates enthusiasm towards continued personal/professional development
