Responsibilities
Understand the role of regular communication in achieving project objectives and support projects from concept to completion.
Manage communications across senior stakeholder groups to deliver renewable energy procurement projects.
Facilitate meetings, manage reporting, and prepare materials to ensure partners and stakeholders are engaged and informed.
Drive decisions to help achieve renewable energy goals for clients.
Develop and maintain program strategy to improve Federal Government energy procurement.

Required
3+ years of experience as an energy coordinator or project manager
Experience advising senior clients and stakeholders in the Federal Government or Department of Defense
Knowledge of the energy sector and trends, including renewables, power purchase agreements, and climate policy
Ability to manage schedule and workload to successfully deliver on multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work with data analysts and technical experts
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Economics
Preferred
Experience using Federal Government and Department of Defense digital task management tools
Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Word or PowerPoint
